Vide order dated 23.09.2019, the petitioner no.1 was directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 40,000/- before the Registrar General, Allahabad High Court on 30.09.2019 positively. It was also made clear that if the amount not deposited by petitioner no.1 by 30.09.2019, this habeas corpus petition would be dismissed.
As per the office report the directed amount of Rs. 40,000/- has not been deposited by learned counsel for the petitioner no.1.
In view of it, the instant habeas corpus petition stands dismissed.
