Heard Sri Aishwarya Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on the record.
Applicant- Imran seeks bail in Case Crime No. 194 of 2015, under Sections 120-B, 302, 307, 427 I.P.C., Police StationKithaur, District- Meerut.
It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the husband of the deceased and he is wholly innocent. In fact, the deceased has herself attempted to commit suicide as she was against the second marriage of the applicant. It is argued that there are material contradictions between the statements of witnesses recorded during investigation which clearly indicates that the applicant is wholly innocent. The applicant, husband of the deceased, had himself got her admitted in the hospital which prima facie indicates his innocence. The applicant is in jail since 4.8.2015, therefore, he may be enlarged on bail during trial.
