When the case is taken up, the Court has been informed that corpus Abdul Mabood is present before the Court and he has not been detained illegally or otherwise.
Learned A.G.A. appearing for the State has filed a short counter affidavit today, which is taken on record. Reliance has been placed on the averment made in paragraph 5 and 6 of the short counter affidavit.
The cousel for the petitioner admits that in view of the fact that the corpus is free, the writ petition has become infructous and the same may be dismissed as such.
Accoridngly, the writ petition is being dismissed as infructuous.
