The aforesaid substitution application has been filed to substitute the heirs and legal representatives of the appellant No.1/3 who died on 02.06.2007 leaving behind his heirs and legal representatives as mentioned in paragraph-2 of the affidavit accompanying the substitution application.
Cause shown for delay in filing the substitution application is sufficient. Delay Condonation Application is allowed. Delay in filing the substitution application is condoned.
Substitution Application is not opposed. Therefore, the Substitution Application is also allowed. Necessary correction in the array of parties be made within a week.
