Sri Manu Saxena, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the relief sought in this petition, may be moulded and the writ petition may be disposed of directing the Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Court No.8, Meerut to decide Original Suit No.1256 of 2013 (Jagveer Singh and others v. Nagar Palika Parishad, Mawana and others) within a time bound period. He further states that till the suit is decided, the defendant-petitioner shall abide by the order dated 2.11.2018 in Misc. Civil Appeal No.197 of 2018 (Jagveer Singh and others v. Nagar Palika Parishad, Mawana and others) passed by the District Judge, Meerut.

Considering the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the relief is moulded and the writ petition is disposed of providing that the court below shall decide the Original suit No.1256 of 2013 (Jagveer Singh and others v. Nagar Palika Parishad, Mawana and others), in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within one year from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
