It is submitted that the parties have entered into a compromise and the deed of compromise along with the affidavit of the applicants is placed on record.
The applicants are also identified by their counsel as per the documents produced by the applicants in his chamber.
In view of the above, there is no reason to keep the appeal pending.
Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise.
The decree shall stand modified as per the compromise deed.
