- This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 31.03.1993 passed by 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Ballia in Sessions Trial No. 219 of 1986 acquitting the opposite parties from the offence under Section 302/21 I.P.C.

- Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
