Called out in the revised list. No one is present on behalf of the revisionists to press this revision. Learned AGA is present on behalf of State.

Present criminal revision has been directed against the order dated 06.08.2005 passed by Additional Family Judge, Allahabad in case no.110 of 1998, (Smt. Kiran Singh Rathore versus Rajendra Singh Rathore), under Section 125 Cr.P.C. whereby Court below has directed to the revisionist to give Rs.600/- per month maintenance to oppoiste party no.2.

Heard Sri S.S. Sachan, learned AGA for the State and perused the material available on record.

From perusal of impugned order, material available on record and having heard the learned AGA, I see no illegality, irregularity or perversity committed by the Court below in passing the impugned order. I do not ever find any good ground to interfere in the same. No interference is warranted.

Moreover, it appears that either cause of action or any interest to the revisionists no more survives or by efflux of time revisionists lost interest in the matter or it has otherwise become infructuous and probably for this reasons, none is interested to have decided this matter on merit and that is why counsel for the revisionists is absent.

Revision is dismissed accordingly.

However, it is open to the revisionists to approach this Court to recall the order, if any, interest or cause of action still survives.
