- This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by judgement and order dated 20.08.1998 passed by Sri Hari Mangal Singh, VIth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Moradabad in Criminal Revision No. 76 of 1997, dismissing revision and confirming sentence and conviction imposed by Sri Shankar Lal, IInd Additional Judicial Magistrate, Chandausi vide judgement and order dated 27.02.1997 in Case No. 581 of 1995, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Being aggrieved, revisionist preferred present revision.
- Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
- Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
