A short counter affidavit has been filed by the Investigating Officer of the case enclosing therewith copy of the charge sheet No.159 of 2019, dated 15.04.2019, disclosing that charge sheet has been submitted after deleting the name of Rashid and Shahid from the array of the accused.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off by giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised, in appropriate jurisdiction by taking recourse to appropriate legal remedy.
