The instant petition seeks a direction upon the respondent nos. 4 & 5 to restrain them from making illegal visits to the house of the petitioner.
On 09.04.2019 we had required the learned A.G.A. to seek instructions from the Police Station concerned as regards antecedents of the petitioner.
Learned A.G.A. has informed the Court that the petitioner is a history sheeter and has several cases registered against him in the past.
In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the history sheet.
In view of above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the history sheet by taking recourse to appropriate legal remedy.
