This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioners to direct the court below to decide the Case No. T 200714360260 (Parash Nath vs. Ram Kishor), under Section 145 Cr.P.C. pending in the Court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Badlapur, Distrct-Jaunpur.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the the aforesaid case (Case No. T 200714360260, u/s 145 Cr.P.C.) in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
