This is the second application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed by the present applicants. The first application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed by the present applicants being Application U/S 482 No. 873 of 2018 has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.01.2018.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this application and it may be dismissed as not pressed.
