The present petition has been filed challenging the F.I.R. dated 29.05.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 0206 of 2019 under Section 3/5/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S. Thana Bhawan, District Shamli.
The allegation is that the petitioners were going to slaughter a calf which was recovered from their possession.
From the perusal of the First Information Report, no case for quashing of the First Information Report is made out.
However, the petitioners shall not be arrested till the submission of final report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. However, the petitioners shall cooperate in the investigation.
The present petition stands disposed of .
