Petitioner no.1 is the Principal of the University while petitioner nos.2 & 3 are his sons while petitioner no.4 is the son-in-law of petitioner no.1. The allegations made in the first information report lodged as Case Crime No.0153 of 2019, under Section 420, 406 IPC, police station- Sambhal, District Sambhal are that the complainant/informant was induced and cheated of huge sum of rupees by the petitioners on the pretext of selling certain land at village Bhangel (Greater Noida).
From the perusal of the allegations made in the first information report, no case for interference is made out.
The writ petition is dismissed.
