The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 16.01.2019 registered as Case Crime No.10 of 2019, under Section 382 IPC, P.S. Khuthan, District Jaunpur.
The allegation in the impugned first information report discloses that the informant had withdrawn and was carrying Rs.25,000/-. On way, the accused persons looted the money from the informant.
The first information report has been lodged on the same day and the petitioners are named.
In view of the above, no case for interference is made out. The petition is dismissed .
