By order dated 19.6.2018 the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court.
Pursuant to the above order, the Mediation Centre has submitted a report that parties are not willing for the compromise.
Sri Pradeep Kumar Tiwari, who appears for the respondent no. 3, has produced a photocopy of the police report submitted under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. to demonstrate that after investigation a charge sheet has been submitted on 26.11.2018 against the accused persons.
In view of above, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the police report by taking recourse to appropriate remedy in appropriate jurisdiction.
The interim order, if any, stands discharged.
