Vide order dated 19.1.2018 bailable warrant was issued against the appellant Telak Dharee. In compliance thereof the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur has sent his report dated 5.3.2018 mentioning therein that the appellant has been murdered by miscreants in the year 1994.
Since, the sole appellant Telak Dharee has died, therefore, this appeal is dismissed as abated.
