Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court below to expedite the proceeding of case no. 6324 of 2018, case no. 612/11 of 2018, Haribabu Shahyawar Vs. Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Belwal, under sections 354, 504 and 506 I.P.C. Police Station Kanth District Moradabad, pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, court no.4, Moradabad.

Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the the proceeding of case no. 6324 of 2018, case no. 612/11 of 2018, Haribabu Shahyawar Vs. Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Belwal, under sections 354, 504 and 506 I.P.C. Police Station Kanth District Moradabad, pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, court no.4, Moradabad in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
