C.J.M. Aligarh vide his letter dated 7.9.2019 has reported that the sole appellant, Siya Ram has already expired on 24.3.2015 and in verification of the said fact, the statements of Sub-Inspector, Durvesh Singh, Gajendra and Harendra Singh sons of the sole appellant and Indrapal, nephew of the appellant have been recorded.
In view of above, the appeal as against the sole appellant is dismissed as abated.
