Learned counsel for the applicant has filed supplementary affidavit today in the Court, which is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This is the second bail application. The first bail application has already been rejected by me on 06.02.2018.
No new ground has been pointed out by the applicant to release the applicant on bail.
Learned counsel for the applicant has next submitted that after the rejection of the first bail application, the charges have been framed against the applicant but none of the witnesses has yet been examined.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial court is expected to make all endeavours to decide the aforesaid trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties and without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either parties and there is no other legal impediment in concluding the trial.
The second bail application is accordingly rejected .
