Rejoinder affidavit dated 30.11.2019 has been filed today by learned standing counsel, which is taken on record.
This contempt application has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 07.07.2010 in Writ-A No.38828 of 2010. Along with the counter affidavit dated 27.01.2011, a copy of order of the Principal, DIET dated 08.12.2010 has been filed whereby the matter of the petitioner has been disposed of.
In view of the aforesaid, order of the writ court stood complied with. If the petitioner was dissatisfied with the order dated 08.12.2010, proper remedy for him was to challenge it before the appropriate forum.
In view of the aforesaid, the contempt application is dismissed.
