The petitioner is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 29.10.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.35984 of 2018 (M/s Dau Ji Traders v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, instructions dated 25.04.2019 have been filed by learned Standing Counsel intimating that the aforesaid order has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. The instructions are taken on record.
