On the matter being taken up today, Shri Chandan Sharma, learned counsel for the opposite party has informed to the Court that necessary compliance of writ court order has been ensured in the matter as the amount of MACP has been paid and the same has been duly received. The said situation has also been endorsed by learned counsel for the applicant.
In view of the above, nothing further survives in the contempt application and the same stands disposed of . Notices, if any, stand discharged. Shri Chandan Sharma, learned counsel for opposite party may file affidavit of compliance in the Registry of the Court and the same may be placed on record.
