This is an application moved by Dr. Girdhar Sharma (applicant) seeking cancellation of bail granted to accusedrespondents Akhilesh Singh Chauhan and Chandra Shekhar @ Shekhar by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.1, Agra vide order dated 6.9.2016 passed in Bail Application Nos.2183 of 2016 and 2682 of 2016 in Case Crime No.153 of 2014, under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506, Police Station New Agra, District Agra.
Upon considering the submissions made by Counsel for both the parties and perusal of record , I do not find any good ground to cancel the bail.
Accordingly, the bail cancellation application is rejected. However, it is directed that Trial Court shall make all endeavour to decide the case expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
