This is second bail application. The Crl. Misc. First Bail Application No. 48737 of 2017 was rejected by this Court on 02.08.2018 on merits.
Learned counsel for the applicant has pointed out in this case six prosecution witnesses have been examined till date but trial has not been concluded so far.
I do not find any good ground to release the applicant on bail.
The prayer for bail is refused.
Accordingly, this application is rejected.
