Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the complainant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

This bail application has been filed by the applicant Suhaib seeking bail in Case Crime No. 96 of 2018, under Section 307 I.P.C., Police Station Sahabganj, District Chandauli.

The contention as raised at the Bar by learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The further contention is that the injured and the applicant are the real brothers and in the dispute between them the applicant has also received three injuries. The circumstances which, according to the counsel, led to the false implication of the accused has also been touched upon at length. It has been assured on behalf of the applicant that he is ready to cooperate with the process of law and shall faithfully make himself available before the court whenever required. Learned counsel for the applicant has next submitted that the applicant is in jail since 06.11.2018 and in case, he is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in the trial by all means. The applicant has no criminal history to his credit.
