Heard Sri Brajesh Kumar Solanki, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Imran Mabood Khan, learned counsel for the complainant and Kumari Meena, learned A. G. A. for the State.
The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.267 of 2019, under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323, 324, 504, 506, IPC, Police Station Sikandrau, District Hathras, with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant.
I have perused the FIR as well as the order by means of which the anticipatory bail application has been rejected by the court below.
Learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned AGA have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that the bail application of co-accused Shakeel, whose case stands on identical footing to the present applicant, has been rejected by another Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.08.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.31080 of 2019.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and also looking to the aforesaid fact, no case for grant of any indulgence is made out.
Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
