This is a bail application on behalf of the applicant Issue in connection with Case Crime No.189 of 2019, under Sections 436, 286, 338 I.P.C. and 3/4/5 Explosive Substance Act & 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. Khuldabad, District Prayagraj.

The submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with the ulterior motive. He submitted that the applicant is aged about 24 years. He submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case by the police on the ground that the premises where the alleged illegal blast has taken place was of his father and the applicant had taken the injured to the hospital. He further submitted that no specific role has been assigned to the applicant that he was involved in making the bomb. He submitted that the applicant is languishing in jail since 21.06.2019 and in case, he is released on bail he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in the trial.

Learned A.G.A. has opposed the bail plea.
