Learned counsel for applicant contended that applicant has been falsely implicated being Dewar of deceased; that as per averments made in F.I.R. lodged on 5.1.2019 by Shyamveer Singh, his sister Sunny was married to Anil, the brother of applicant on 6.2.2018 and Anil was a truck driver and his sister conceived in cohabitation with Anil and was carrying a pregnancy of 09 months, her husband Anil died in road accident on 15.9.2018 and truck owner agreed to pay a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- as compensation, which was decided to be paid to his sister in January, 2019 but applicant and other family members were having a bad eye over above amount of Rs.15,00,000/- to usurp it by hook or crook and threatened her of life and at 8:30 a.m. on 3.1.2019, he was informed that applicant and co-accused persons after causing death have locked his sister in a room and have fled away and when upon information at No.100, police reached, it found her body hanging with the hook with the ceiling of room and ornaments were missing from her body; that entire prosecution story is absolutely false and incorrect; that it is wrong to say that any claim for compensation was settled for Rs.15,00,000/- and applicant was having any bad eye on above amount of compensation; that 09 months pregnancy of deceased is not disputed, but applicant neither abetted her nor instigated her for committing suicide; that deceased appears to have committed suicide due to untimely death of her husband or for reason best known to her; that applicant may not be held responsible for suicidal death of deceased; that applicant has no criminal history; that applicant undertakes that he will not misuse liberty of bail; that applicant is in custody since 9.1.2019.
