This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of proceedings of Complaint Case No. 1826 of 2003 (Vijai Kumar Vs. Rajesh Pal And Others) alleging commission of offences under Sections 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C., P.S. Barra, District Kanpur Nagar, pending in the Court of Ist A.C.M.M., Kanpur Nagar.
Learned counsel for the applicants does not press this application seeking quashing of proceedings subject to liberty being reserved to move an appropriate application on his contention that the proceedings no longer survive in terms of Section 256 Cr.P.C. before the Court concerned.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the applicants, this application shall stand dismissed with liberty as prayed for.
