By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C, 1973, the applicant is seeking expeditious disposal of his misc. case no. 384 of 2017 (Smt. Tara Devi v. Ajai Kumar) under Section 125 Cr.P.C, P.S. Baresar, District Ghazipur, pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court Ghazipur.
Learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection in case direction is issued to the court concerned to decide the application of the applicant on merits within stipulated period of time.
In view of above, considering that it is a case of maintenance, the court below is directed to decide the application of maintenance pending before it filed at the instance of applicant as expeditiously as possible within period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
In view of aforesaid observations and directions, the application is accordingly disposed of.
