Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
Applicant is aggrieved against the criminal proceedings instituted pursuant to charge sheet dated 30.07.2015, cognizance upon which has been taken by the learned Magistrate on 05.11.2018.
No plausible explanation is forthcoming as to why the applicant has approached this Court after so much delay nor, the order sheet has been annexed to form prima facie opinion regarding justification for the delay caused in approaching this Court. Even otherwise, I do not find it to be a fit case for interference in connection with the criminal proceedings pursuant to charge sheet dated 30.07.2015. The applicant is always at liberty to approach the court concerned for appropriate relief either for discharge or for bail.
This Court declines to interfere in the proceedings at this stage.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is therefore, dismissed .
