Learned counsel for the applicant states that he wants to withdraw the application with liberty to move an appropriate application for extension of time in application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No.-23453 of 2018 so as to surrender before the court below as directed by this Court in the said application vide order dated 17th July, 2018.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
