Heard Sri Sanjay Singh, learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred with the prayer to quash the entire criminal proceeding of the Complaint Case No. 1222 of 2018 (Sheel Chandr Gupta vs. Sachin Chandra and others), under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Jalalabad, District Shahjahanpur, pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)/A.C.J.M., Shahjahanpur.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that there is possibility of amicable settlement between the parties, hence, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application, in the event of failure of the settlement.
In view of above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh application.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the applicants after keeping on record the photocopy of the same.
