This application has been filed to quash the entire proceeding of S.T. No.842 of 2008 (State Vs. Tayyab & others), including charge sheet dated 28.12.2004 as well as cognizance taken by learned Magistrate in Case Crime No.151 of 2004, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 452, 326, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Bhopa, District Muzaffar Nagar, pending before A.D.J., Court No.17, Muzaffar Nagar.
Learned counsel for the applicants states that the parties have entered into compromise. He further prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh with the appropriate prayer.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
