No one is present on behalf of the applicants and opposite party to press this application even in the revised call whereas Shri Sanjay Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State is present.
The applicants by means of this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to quash the proceedings of Misc. Case No. 26 of 2008, Sobaran Singh Vs. Deshraj Singh others, P.S. Sahson, under sections 452/323/506 I.P.C., pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate Court No. 2 Etawah and the summoning order dated 23.10.2010 passed in the above mentioned case.
After hearing the learned A.G.A. and after perusing the order impugned as well as material on record, this court is of the opinion that there is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order dated 23.10.2010.
This application lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
