No one is present on behalf of the applicant and opposite party to press this application even in the revised call whereas Shri Abhinav Prasad, learned A.G.A. for the State is present.
The applicant by means of this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to quash the proceedings of Case No. 1397 of 2010 arising out of Case Crime No. 27 of 2010 (State Vs. Atal Kumar), under sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. at Police Station Kanth, District Moradabad.
After hearing the learned A.G.A. and after perusing the order impugned as well as material on record, this court is of the opinion that no interference by this Court for setting aside the aforesaid case is warranted.
This application lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
