Heard Sri Mayank,, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned A.G.A. for the State.

Present application has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura to consider and conclude the Complaint Case No. 1099 of 2011 State (Kamal Singh) Vs. Brijo and others arising out of Case Crime No. 877 of 2009, under section 147, 323, 324, 504, 506, 452 IPC, P.S. Govind Nagar, District Mathura pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura, expeditiously, preferably within the time stipulated by this Court.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the material on record, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending which is finally disposed off with a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura to consider and conclude the Complaint Case No. 1099 of 2011 State (Kamal Singh) Vs. Brijo and others arising out of Case Crime No. 877 of 2009, under section 147, 323, 324, 504, 506, 452 IPC, P.S. Govind Nagar, District Mathura, most expeditiously, if already not decided, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, provided the proceedings are not stayed by any Court of law.
