The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for deciding the Complaint Case No.934 of 2016 (Smt. Ritika @ Radha Vs. Akash and Others) under Sections 498A, 323, 504 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S.- Tundla, DistrictFirozabad, pending before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad within the stipulated time.
The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the accused persons are not appearing before the concerned Magistrate and necessary steps has been taken by the Court concerned for their presence. In the present case, the statement under Section 264 Cr.P.C. has been recorded.
In these circumstances, direction is issued to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad to decide the Complaint Case No.934 of 2016 (Smt. Ritika @ Radha Vs. Akash and Others) under Sections 498A, 323, 504 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S.- Tundla, District- Firozabad as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of nine months in accordance with law from date of the production of the certified copy of this order.
With the above direction, the application stands disposed of.
