Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State. The applicants, through the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., have invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer that their bail application in Criminal Case No. 274 of 2015, arising out of Case Crime no. 251 of 2014, under Sections 323, 325, 504 and 427 I.P.C., P.S. Baragaon, district-Varanasi be ordered to be considered expeditiously, if possible on the same day by both the Courts below.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. this application is finally disposed of with a direction that if the applicants appear and surrender before the Courts below within 30 days from today and apply for bail, then their bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law after hearing the Public Prosecutor in the aforesaid crime number for the aforesaid offence.
