Supplementary affidavit filed today on behalf of the applicant as well as compromise affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party no.2 are taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the charge sheet no. 87 of 2016 dated 17.4.2016 as well as the entire proceedings of Case No. 3999 of 2016 (State Vs. Arvind Kumar and another), arising out of Case Crime No. 141 of 2016, under Sections- 406, 420, 504 I.P.C., Police StationSungadhi, District- Pilibhit, pending in the court of C.J.M. Pilibhit.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that compromise has been arrived at between the parties and therefore, the present proceedings under Sections- 406, 420, 504 I.P.C be quashed.

In support of compromise, an affidavit of Ram Das son of Mohan Lal has been filed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the settlement/agreement arrived at between the parties on 21.6.2019, the proceedings in the aforesaid case are hereby quashed.

In view of the above, present application stands allowed.
