Sri H.A. Ansari submitted that matter has been compromised between the parties in Case No. 1868 of 2001 (State Vs. Shyam Singh and Another) pending in the Court of A.C.J.M., 4th, Mathura, and now applicant does not want to press the present application.
In view of above submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, this application becomes infructuous.
Hence, application is dismissed as infructuous.
