Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to implead the Civil Judge (S.D.), Moradabad as respondent no.3 during the course of the day.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for direction to the Civil Judge (S.D.), Moradabad to decide injunction application in Suit No.825 2019 (Riyajuddin and Others Vs. Mohmmad Rahies) within stipulated time.
The contention of the counsel for the petitioner that the injunction application is pending since 01.04.2019 and the defendant-opposite parties had already put their appearance.
In these circumstances, the direction is issued to Civil Judge (S.D.). Moradabad to decide the injunction application filed by the petitioner on 01.04.2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The petition under Article 227 of the Constitution is accordingly disposed of.
