The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application 22-C-2 filed by the petitioner-defendants under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC for rejection of the plaint of Original Suit No.347 of 2017.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the trial court, by order dated 8.3.2019, invited objections on the said application from the other side fixing 26.3.2019. Since then, several dates have been fixed but the application is stated to be still pending.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide the application bearing Paper No.22-C-2 expeditiously, by fixing short dates and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
