The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No. 121 of 2013 instituted by the petitioner against the defendant-respondents, within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that the proceedings are getting adjourned as the Presiding Officer is on training.
Having regard to the same, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that as soon as the Presiding Officer resumes his work, after completing his training, he shall endeavour to decide the proceedings expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
