The instant petition is directed against the order dated 17.7.2019, whereby the Appellate Court has allowed the application of the respondents filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of about four and half months in filing the appeal. The Appellate Court having regard to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, condoned the delay upon payment of a cost of Rs.1000/-.
This Court, in exercise of power under Article 227 of the Constitution, is not inclined to interfere with such an order.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
