Although several reliefs have been claimed in the instant petition, but Sri V.P. Singh Kashyap, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a direction be issued to the trial court to expedite the disposal of application 6-Ga in which the plaintiff has made a prayer for grant of temporary injunction.

The plaintiff-petitioner instituted Original Suit No. 136 of 2019 for permanent prohibitory injunction against the defendantrespondents. He also filed an application for temporary injunction Paper No. 6-Ga. The trial court, by impugned order dated 9.8.2019 has invited objections from the defendants against the application for temporary injunction fixing 27.9.2019.

It is also evident from the order sheet that defendant no.2 has already entered appearance.

Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments, as soon as all the defendants are duly served.
