The relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 18 of 2018 within a time stipulated by this Court.
This court does not find any extraordinary reason on record to warrant issuing such a direction in a case instituted in the year 2018, which will have the effect of giving precedence to the said case over other old matters pending before the same court.
The petition is dismissed at this stage.
