Heard Ms. Jyoti Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Kunwar Azad Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent.
Present petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 11.5.2017 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahar in Misc. Case No.541 of 2017 as well as the order dated 23.9.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.5, Bulandshahar in Criminal Revision No.319 of 2017 (Mohd. Noman Siddiqui Vs. State of U.P. and others).
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the orders impugned as well as material on record, this Court is of the opinion that the learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out any good ground which may call for interference by this Court in exercise of power conferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the orders impugned.
Accordingly, the prayer for quashing the orders impugned is hereby refused.
Present petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
No order as to costs.
